1. Returns for Non-Custom Printed Cards
a. Eligibility:
- We accept returns for non-custom printed cards within 14 days of the purchase date.
b. Condition:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
c. Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
d. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received in good condition.
e. Refund Amount:
- If the returned items are not in good condition, a 25% refund of the order amount will be issued.
2. Returns for Custom Printed Cards
a. Custom Orders:
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for custom printed cards unless there is a defect in the product.
b. Defective Items:
- If your custom order has a defect, please contact us with proof (e.g., images) within [X] days of receiving the order.
c. Lost in Transit:
- If the tracking does not state "delivered," and your order is lost in transit, please contact us for further assistance.
